Microsoft India tweeted earlier today that Lumia 1020 users in the country would be receiving the Lumia Cyan update starting tomorrow.
The update is usually rolled out is stages, which means that it might be a while before everyone sees it. You can also check manually (as we're sure many of you do) by going into your device's settings to check if an update is available.
